Online Personal Training

Interested in 1:1 training, but don’t have the availability to meet in person because of work, life, kids, etc? I’ve got you covered! I offer 100% online training to everyone and anyone who wants to make #GainzWithKP, but on their own time. Sure, with online training we won’t be training together in person, BUT with the luxury of technology I assure you it’ll feel pretty close to the same!

Structure

Online personal training is ran through a personalized training application that we will both have access to. Through this app you will be able to:

  • View and complete daily workouts

  • View video demonstrations and written descriptions of each exercise within your workout

  • Log daily meals into an interactive food diary

  • Track progress through a metric data collector

    Daily check ins will be mandatory on training days to help gauge your progress as well as get feedback if anything needs to be adjusted. We will discuss in depth your goals and intentions for training before we begin that way, I can get you on a personalized training program that will lead you to your goals!

Pricing

Up to 5 online training days a week = $120 biweekly ($60/week)

Scheduling

Training schedules will be formulated to your personal schedule at the beginning of each week. Although you will have a schedule of when workouts should be completed, I understand that life happens. If a workout gets pushed back to a day later in the week, it is not the end of the world. Completing scheduled workouts in their entirety is most important, not so much the exact day they are done on.

Payments

Payments for online personal training are biweekly and are paid through an online invoice. Invoices are sent out via email on Sundays and are set up to auto withdrawal. There is a 6 week minimum when signing up for online personal training.
