Pricing

1 session a week = $100 biweekly ($50/session)

2 sessions a week = $160 biweekly ($40/session)

3 sessions a week = $180 biweekly ($30/session)

Scheduling

Personal training sessions are scheduled off of your availability. You tell me what works for you, and I try my best to accommodate! Schedules are made out per month and are discussed in depth before sessions are scheduled. If our schedules do not line up at the time, I do offer spots on a first come, first serve waitlist. That way we could reconnect in the future if time slots within your availability open up!

Payments

Payments for personal training sessions are biweekly and are paid through an online invoice. Invoices are sent out via email on Sundays and are set up to auto withdrawal. There is a 6 week minimum when signing up for any number of one on one personal training sessions.
