I don’t continue to go to KP because I see major results, I continue my workouts with KP because I can tell how much she loves what she does. She truly cares about her clients at the gym and not at the gym! I feel so healthy (mentally and physically) and it’s all because of her! She makes a hard workout great and fun! She knows how much I love lunges and ball squats so she really loves to incorporate those into my workouts! (Lol) she is also very understanding. There’s been a few times where I couldn’t make it to our session at all and she was totally fine with rescheduling. She doesn’t do this for herself, she does it for her clients! Training with KP Fitness has changed my life in so many ways. Before I started I was a unmotivated college student who saw the athletes and wanted to be athletic again but I didn’t have motivation for cardio. I reached out to Kallie back in 2016 and she started helping me get into weights. Since she started KP Fitness I’ve gotten to train with her in all 3 forms she offers: In-Person, classes, and with her training programs. I of course love all three but when I moved from New Orleans I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to have her as my trainer but she has been amazing and worked with me to help me keep my fitness goals. In the 3 years of working with Kallie I’ve not only lost weight and gained muscle but I’ve gained a huge amount of self-confidence and an amazing friend/coach. I am comfortable in clothes I never thought I’d like wearing. On the days I struggle to get motivated Kallie is right there to help get me to the gym. I was a little nervous before I began training with Kallie because it had been a very long time since I was anywhere near a gym! But Kallie immediately made me feel comfortable from the start and I knew I’d found a trainer who would listen to me and help me achieve my fitness goals. It was clear from the first training session that Kallie took the time to plan workouts that were creative, never boring, and designed to fit my specific needs and goals. I had a previous shoulder injury and Kallie was very careful to create a program around that to ensure that the injury did not get any worse. That being said, Kallie encouraged me to give 100% in every workout. And when I felt like I had nothing left in me to continue, she was right there motivating me and coaching me to push through. She is exactly who I was looking for in a personal trainer – someone to help me achieve my fitness goals without being pushy or intimidating. Kallie is literally the best!!! I recently bought the 6 week at home guide and it has changed my life!! It’s perfect for my schedule and i’ve already seen amazing results. She helps me stay on track with my workouts and always checks up on me to make sure i’m sticking to it!!! If i ever have any trouble with a workout, she works with me and shows me how it’s done! She’s amazing. I highly recommend training with her and buying her guides!! I plan to buy the HIIT guide when the gym is open again! I can’t wait.

I finally caved and started one on one training with Kallie after following her Instagram for a while. Not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! She ALWAYS greets you with such a happy smile and is so positive no matter what’s going on. Her personality is so motivating and she truly makes you feel like a friend rather than just another client. She’ll text me and ask about how something went even if it’s not workout related to show she cares about you & it’s the best feeling! Also if you’re into social media, she’ll post you on her business insta stories and hype you up and make you feel super good about yourself ;) Also her classes are amazing!! They’re fun, affordable and super engaging. Last thing! It’s only been a few months and I’ve already seen such a different physically AND mentally!!!

Training with Kallie has been such an awesome experience for me. It has only been a few weeks and I already see such a difference in my body. She is not only genuine and down to Earth, but she is also very encouraging, supportive and extremely patient too. Kallie is very knowledgeable about proper techniques and a variety of exercises. Kallie got me in the best shape for my wedding! She really cares and holds you accountable which I loved! She really motivated me and was very encouraging! I stumbled upon KP’s Instagram through an old friend from high school, so I decided to try one of her classes. I was instantly hooked! Kallie’s energy she brings to the class is FANTASTIC. The classes themselves are some of the best workouts I have ever done. After class is over, you are sore but in the absolute best way possible. Her classes make me feel SO good. I had a gym membership at Planet Fitness, which I recently canceled so I could workout with KP instead. The gym just didn’t bring the same burn and joy anymore like her classes do. Not only will you gain a trainer, but a great friend as well!
